GRAND CITY ONLINE stores the account details you give us (a username, an optional email, a password hash), your character's progress, and the messages you send in the game's chat. Guest accounts are stored the same way, without an email. We keep your IP address in a sign-in log for abuse prevention. We do not sell data and we do not run third-party trackers. To delete your account, write to the address on the studio site.
